Hey Again. Yes I'm Back. Read this. :(

I need help determining when to take a pregnancy test because I learned I took the last blood test too early, and this time I really would rather get a pee test and then wait for my period. That way I dont get all excited if my period's late. Just to be dissapointed a day later. Which brand of pregnancy test, is cheaper than some, and would be able to be tested before the date of expected period?

Also; Had a question about sex... TMI warning here;

I had sex on the 15th I believe, and we didnt use condoms because I'm finding they irritate.. me.. down.. "under". But I've been taking birth control although like i've mentioned before to some of you.. i started the pack 5 days late, and Im not sure if that's going to have an effect on it. About 30 minutes after having sex.. I had menstrual-like cramping, and no blood or further PMS/Menstrual symptoms. These cramps are on and off, much like that of a menstrual period... they've been there since that day, and still remain today. They haven't eased up... but havent gotten painful either, you know? They're not like labour cramps, or any miscarriage cramps or anything. Just odd cramps in the uterus, and somewhat around the back too. Sort of like braxton hicks, but alot less painful. And not so sudden.

Can anyone give advice as to what to do? This past month drove me crazy as I've been in and out of the doctor's and they've said nothing is wrong. I just dont want to go to the doctor for no reason again.

I also think it's possible it's implantation cramps.
I didnt get bleeding but I got cramps with both gabriel and riana. (my other two)

edit: Okay now I have had a very uneasy stomach for 2 days... what is going on? I don't want to think of me being pregnant, because last time it lead to dissapointment.

hiya, could it maybe have been ovulation cramps? sounds weird but i sometimes find sex uncomfortable cramp like when im fertile. Could you have a urinary infection or thrush or something. Those types of things can cause discomfort.

Thrush is of the mouth isn't it.
Yeah the cramps are intense now.
I dont know if it's my stomach or not anymore though. It's not quite the same.

If your cramps started the day that you had sex, it wouldn't be implantation cramps (as it takes about 7 days for the egg to be fertilised, move down the fallopian tubes and implant in the womb lining).

Possibly, like Carolina said, it was ovulation cramps - it can feel a bit like pre-cramping you get before AF (only a little more to the side and up). It could possibly be trapped wind or something. Sometimes, anxiety can cause your bowel to become unsettled and that can lead to irritable bowel which can last a few days.

When is your period due?

Good luck, I hope you feel better soon.

I know what you mean and all. I have irritable bowel on and off. Sometimes it can cause diarhea and sometimes constipation. But, good news is the pain's reduced, so the pain I was feeling today is a bit better but every now and again I get more cramping a bit, then again last time I had sex without condoms wasn't the only time either. There was once a week before too. And I used to before I had kids, have ovulation cramps every month... and then ahorrible period. '
My period is due; 26th January. Sometimes before sometimes a day later, but roughly around there.
Pain isn't in the correct place for ovulation cramping. It's more centered, and then wrapped around the back occasionally.

Before I found out I was pregnant when I had sex, it felt not painful as in I didn't want to do it but like it was going to deep and hitting something. It might just be me being wierd but it was uncomfortable . Did anyone else have this?

But I don't understand what you mean, do you mean you would of gotten pregnant from these implantation cramps on that day you had sex. Because I doubt it would of happened so quickly, but what do I know I'm only 17 and I usually just take guesses lol.

No it's not that your age makes you unknowledgable, I know lots of intellegent 17 year olds, I hardly knew what afterpains or implantation was almost my WHOLE pregnancy the first time, and I was 17. I'm only 3 years older than you.
But. Either way, I dont think it'd happen that early either, you are right but I do think its possible I coulda gotten pregnant before that too.
