Whens the best time to start doing it?

Well the is starting to calm down now, think I only have another day of the cow.

I haven't got a clue where or what is going on with my cycles, they range from 32-37 and my ov days arent the same either

Had anyone else had to deal with haywire cylces? especialy after having children already?

I dont want to bd too much as I know OH and I wont be enjoying it otherwise so I would rather we had a go at the times of Ov, but im not sure wether thats the best way?

Any ideas?

What have you ladies been opting to do

The method I found which worked very well was to keep a diary and write down everything. The day af started, the day it stops, what your CM is like everyday, how your boobs feel, moods, which day you get a positive opk, pains in your belly, really everything. Then even if your cycles are irregular you can compare and eventually get a very good idea what your body is doing and when. I've said it somewhere on here before that until I did that I had know idea that my boobs actually got sore around the time I ovulated and that became my biggest indicator as I never had properly clear, egg white CM.

YOu could join Fertility Friend .com and be able to track you cycle there. It is a great service.

Good Luck

You could try using ovulation predictor sticks to help you find out when you ovulate.

other ladies have been posting on here that people have been having luck bding every other day after AF. Since you have irregular periods, this might be an excellent option for you. But if you don't want to BD too much (takes the enjoyment out of it) a clear blue fertility monitor can help me detect O-time. I have just started using mine this cycle and enjoy it. I just got a high fertility reading today (CD 10)...I plan on Bding a lot the next couple of days. Unfortunately, you can get like 5 high readings as the monitor gets to know your hormone levels...so the more you use it the more exact it gets. But I used a regular cheapie opk just to see if it would show a dark line or anything...and it didn't. Might test again with a regular opk along with my CBFM just to see how accurate they are...I didn't really like using the cheapie opks last cycle. Best of luck and lots of

If you can I'd try to BD every other day after AF is done with you having irregular cycles. If you dont feel like it, then dont do it so it's not getting to be a chore and maybe make sure you do do it at least every other day when you 'think' you're most fertile.
It's hard isn't it - I'm exactly the same as you - dont wanna spoil our love life but dont wanna miss out either!! A month now feels like a year!!!
