I'm Currently Feeling:

Low Progesterone

I have a progesterone test on 7DPO and the results was not good. It was a5.75 and it is suppose to be above 10. I have been stopping since CD5 and it's getting heavier. I will probably only have a 10 day LP so it will be hard for em to get pg. I will be starting to take B6 next cycle and have asked my dr. about progesterone supplements. There is some over the counter progesterone creams and was wondering if anyone had any experienced with them. Do they work? How often and how much do you use them?

I don't know - can your dr not give them you on prescription sorry i don't know if it works the same in the states in terms of prescriptions etc. I've been taking vitamin b6 just in case due to having a couple of miscarriages and early miscarriage being linked to low progesterone levels i thought it can't do any harm.
Sorry it wasn't good news and i hope that what you've got planned works for you.

Sorry about your results Akcher - but at least the doctors might be able to give you some treatment for it.

I am not sure about progesterone cream, but certainly Vitamin B6 is said to lengthen your luteal phase.

I emailed my Dr. and hopfeully she will be able to prescribe something. If not, I will get something over the counter as well as the B6.
