Like Wobbles said, possibly implantation bleeding? Some women do spot a day or so before AF comes.

Are you keeping a chart of when you ovulate or are you tracking any biological signs of ovulation? (Temp, CM?)

It could be a host of things, but this is what I thought right off the bat...

1. Once in a blue moon I'll have a wacky cycle and O later than usual. Most of the time with that late O I have a tad bit of pink Ovulation bleeding.

2. Implantation bleeding. Could be this too- for all the reasons already given

3. Very light menstrual period or premenstrual spotting.

If you've BD'd lately could be some spotting for that... or maybe you are pregnant, don't have enough hcg in your system for a BFP, but you're getting a little spotting that is natural for that too.

i am going to wait till monday to see if anything happens then ill test again..i just keep getting cramping at the minute.it would be alot easyer to work out if i was regular!

hey babydust im in the same position! I think im about 13/14 dpo and i had a bit of light pink in cm then later today a bit of brown but no af. I tested this morning and got a bfn. Im gona wait until mon and if af hasnt arrives i wil test again. Ive got irregular periods too...pain in the butt! Ive had slight cramps today and yesterday but not sure if it was ur to needing the toilet

However this did happen to me last month. I had spotting for about 10 days from about 4dpo. It hasnt started until af was due this time but i think im going to get af!

Good luck i hope its a bfp for you! Have you recently come off bcp ?
