when to pee on opk's?


Hi girls, i'm new to this opk'ing usines and i wondered if i could pee on them any time of day or if it has to be fmu like pg tests?

fantastic!! thought id missed the boat, my cycles are irregular and today my cm is stretchy so i thought i best test even though its out of sync with my ticker!

I made the mistake of using OPKs with fmu - was quite a while before I caught on to the fact I wasn't meant to

Any ideas why youre not ment to use fmu? Opks never worked for me unless i used fmu and you have to use it for the cbfm....

I would be interested to know the answer to that too as opks are not working for me at the mo, i have been testing mid afternoon but making sure i've not had too many drinks to dilute it and also waiting a good few hours between trips to the loo

I'm Currently Feeling: 


From what I have read the LH hormone peaks for women in the morning, but it doesn't get through the body (and into the urine) until midday or later. So if you test in the morning it's not showing the levels that are in your body yet.
