Hi girls, i'm new to this opk'ing usines and i wondered if i could pee on them any time of day or if it has to be fmu like pg tests? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | fantastic!! thought id missed the boat, my cycles are irregular and today my cm is stretchy so i thought i best test even though its out of sync with my ticker! |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Any ideas why youre not ment to use fmu? Opks never worked for me unless i used fmu and you have to use it for the cbfm.... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | From what I have read the LH hormone peaks for women in the morning, but it doesn't get through the body (and into the urine) until midday or later. So if you test in the morning it's not showing the levels that are in your body yet. |
