I know that if you miss a pill or two in a row it increases your chances of becomming pregnant. What if you start the pack of pills after your period stops, like say 3 days later?? Will it not work then? I still think I MAY be pregnant and just not taken the test at the correct time.

* My period is due 26th of Jan.
* Fertile days; 8-11 of Jan
* Did the dirty; 7 and 8th of Jan.
* Started Birth Control Late
* Have full pregnancy symptoms already.
* Neg blood test.

Whenever you dont take BCP as prescribed then you may get pregnant. Wait a few days and take another test if you still have no AF.

my sil was pregnant when she was put on the pill and gave birth to an 11 pound baby girl 9 months later. I heard you need to take the pill a full month before you have unprotected sex for it to be affective.

I'm getting hopeless with this...... I'm really discouraged. If I am not pregnant now, the hubby doesnt want any more for a while and I do. So we dont feel the same.
