How many days past a missed period did you get your first BFP?

My DH and I are trying to conceive our first child, this is our first cycle of trying, my periods have always been very regular, every 30 days for atleast a year now, and I am now 3 days late with no signs of AF. I have taken some HPT's and they have all been BFN's. I was just wondering if it took anyone else awhile after a missed period to get their first BFP. Just looking for some hopeful info because with every BFN I feel like it will never be a BFP, even though I do "feel" pregnant - although maybe it's all in my head!!
