Agnus Castus? What Dosage?

Hi all, as last cycle was a terrible bust again....Grrrrrrrrrr
this cycle i am taking B100 and agnus castus, problem is, how much do i take?
because the tablets i have are 400mg ones from Holland & Barrett. it says on the bottle to take 2 capsules twice daily with food....
so that would be 1200mg... is that right or can it be too much?

i would love to hear replies about this and some advice.
if you are on it, how much do you take?

I have B50 and the Agnus Casta 400mg but I only take 2 a day becuase of the high dosage, I also take Pregnacare and Omega 3 capsules

I was taking Agnus Castus for PMT (the fact it helps with fertility is a bonus!) i took 2 400mg ones every day as i thought 4 tabs a day maybe too much as id heard it can delay Ovulation and didnt wanna take that risk.. but was taking EPO too...I found the Agnus Castus to really help with mood swings, bloating etc but lots of forums on the net tell you not to take after O....there are for and against on this, but google it and make up your own mind.

I would say if you are having irregular periods or have PCOS or ovarian problems, then the recommended dosage is ok...other than that, i personally wouldnt take more than 2 tabs a day.

By the way, Vitex can take up to 3 months to get into your system so give it time...good luck xx

im not going to take it after ovulation, because i heard that is bad too. so im not so sure about that.
i dont think i am going to go through the full dosage though, i think as you say, 2 capsules should be enough,
hopefully i will see some difference x
