Hi there,

thats exactly whats been happening to me. Very long cylce 40 days, wondering whats going on and then bam, she arrives the and so now Iam thinking too WTF!

Booked an appointment at the doctors before she arrived anyway so I'm gonna ask them what's going on?

I would! Maybe they can advice you more on how to make it shorter and more regulated so that you can better predict when AF is about to come Maybe you just have long cycles and are regular in that regard....Keep us updated
