check out the chart on this page. is shows the liklihood of conception based on the day of BD. 2 days prior to O is the highest?!?!

It says it works by measuring chloride ion which is salt present in the body. Wasn't there somebody the other day who said she bought something that measured salt?

This is interesting, but I'm not sure it's 100% accurate...I think that OPKs tell you you've got a surge before this site claims they do. However....I HOPE they're correct because according to their chart, I'd have a great chance this month!!!

Thats the thing Mynxie was buying to try out.
It says the day after Ov there is 0% chance to concieve but in my CBFM manual it says you can still concieve on that day.

I thought that the cbfm measured LH surge on your PEAK days and LH surges usually occur right before you ovulate? Therefore if you have sex on your peak days then the day after would be your ovulation day? This is all so confusing...I'm just gonna BD all three days. :-D

I keep hearing different things from different people / web sites / books / TV shows! First, I thought logically, the days leading up to OVing would be the best time so sperm is waiting for the egg. But then I read that it's your CM that's important. Sure, you might be fertile but the sperm will get killed by your CM outside ovulation time. Your CM is the perfect consistency etc when you ovulate. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh! I say the best thing to do is BD every other day from day 10 through to day 17 of your cycle. It's the only way to be sure. x
