I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONCEVE FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW BUT AFTER 2 MISSCARAGES I WANT TO TRY GET IT RIGHT AND FIND OUT ALL YOUR TIPS ON GETTING THE RIGHT TIME TO TRY!!

I would start by educating yourself on your own cycle... finding out how many days are in your cycle and if you are "regular" is really the best place to start so that you can then find out what day you O on.... and plan BDing around it!

for the best chances in concieving i would just make sure you are bding every other day and let nature take its course!
