Could ovulation symptoms feel like pregnancy symptoms?

Hi

I am TTC since April. I had a miscarriage in June.

It took 4 weeks for AF to return. I had no weird pains/symptoms in that time.

I am now 18 days past Cycle Day 1 and I am having what feels like pregnancy symptoms.. But it is impossible because this should be my ovulation time now?

My breasts feel bigger, heavy and sore. I had some back ache. I have slight nausea on and off. I feel very tired.

Plus on Saturday I had one spot of red blood when I wiped. (sorry TMI).

Is this ovulation? Because it was never ever like this before??? It was not like that before I got my AF after miscarriage?

Please help. And no I don't want to test because I am too scared.

CD 18 sounds way too early for preg, however what day did you nornmally ov (post MC?). This sounds more likely. Do you temp or use opks?

Not impossible. I was pregnant 21 days after a mc!

You should test just incase honey!

But you see I HAD my first AF after MC and I am now on CD18.

I normally ovulated on CD14 before the MC. I never tested before with OPK's but I normally have those sharp side pains during ovulation.

I had those sharp pains about 2 weeks after my MC and my AF arrived 2 weeks after that.

So all these symptoms are confusing me.

I am not sure I understand, you are on CD1 with day 1 being taken from 1st day of AF?

I am on CD18, day 1 taken as first day of AF.

Yes AF was normal, it was heavy for about 2 days and then light for about 4 days.

I suspect ov, the symptoms can be very similar. With the exception of the triedness I have all at the time of ov.Good luck. X

i get very tired at the time of ov - that mixed with my son getting up at 5.30am every morning!
