Silly question...

Ok, this is a silly question, but I have to ask because it's driving me batty!

Where are your ovaries in relation to your belly button? Generally speaking?

Trying to figure out if some of the pains I have gotten are O pains or not...

Thanks!

Yes, about an an inch or so inwards from your hip bones.

Generally you will only feel ovulation on one side, as you will generally have an egg released on only one side (both sides is how fraternal twins occur) from the dominant ovary, which was always my left side.
