My breasts have been itchy the last couple of days especially the nipples theyre to big for my bras and they sting/feel like theyre out in the cold and constantly erect! Its quite uncomfortable and its doing my head in because theyre so sensitive and i know i shouldnt scratch them because that would hurt. Has anyone had this before..maybe its the cold weather? Any suggestions? Used my excema cream on them incase it was that and it hasnt helped!

oh...and i dont tend get this or sensitive breasts...

thanks, yeah i will be! My cycles are mad after coming off bcp in aug so im not sure when exactly to test, last cycle was only 21 days but theyve been as long as 33!

ouchy nipples! I have had that before. Try not wearing a bra when at all possible. Maybe you could be allergic to the material or just be extra sensitive during certain seasons....OR a good preg symptom since this has never happened before. Just notate it as being unusual if you are charting or keeping a journal. I hope it does go away though, since I know it can be annoying.
