Well, I've managed to do it. I feel like I've totally wrecked my chances for this month. Everything was going great, and we were BDing every night and having a great time. I used an OPK, and we got a bit surprised by how early I got a surge. As soon as I saw that double line, I put SO much pressure on us and asked my husband to BD so much, that we basically have been unable to. It's happened a couple of times, but it was very difficult and my husband struggled terribly and I don't really even think it truly worked out in the end (I won't go into much more detail than that). I can't believe that everything was going so well and I've managed to mess it up this badly. I had every chance in the world this month, and I've squandered it. I cannot believe it.
When I'm mad at my DH, I can walk away and stear clear of him for a day or two, but I'm SO mad at myself right now...I hate myself, and I can't stand the fact that I can't get away from me.

Aww hun, don't be so hard on yourself or your OH. I know it's easier said than done but what's worked for me is just having an idea of when i'm ovulating but still making sure we are BD'ing at other times of the month as normal otherwise you get sucked in to the trap and i know my OH started complaining i was only interested in BD'ing when i was ovulating. It's only one month get yourselves back on track and good luck for next month x

I agree with PP. It's easy to just want to BD when you're O'ing, but you have to keep it fun. It could just be the pressure too because your OH wants a baby as much as you do. just try and keep it fun, and really, once is all it takes, at the right time of the month.

sweetie, a way around it (tbh I sometimes do it) is don't tell him about the OPK test results, that way there's no pressure, you're just seducing him as you usually would xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

it's hard to ttc for both of you .he knows that and you do to.
We have the chance to try each month some woman don't so don't be worry to much about this month .
Have a special evening with no bd involve make it about just the two of you and how much you love him.
i am thinking of you you are a wonderful person don't forgot that .

think a lot of us are in the same boat, DH was saying i was pressuring him this month, gonna try relax this month, its not easy though
