I can't stand having these strong cramps and nothing, no BFP or AF! I am sorry you are having the same troubles. My strong cramps just started today and I had some spotting but nothing like it feels like I should. HO HUM DE DUMB... I don't believe I have ever felt this way before. I have irregular cycles but not cramps this contentiously with very little spotting!
