A bit worried

Hi,

we've only recently started to TTc, and ive tried not to get hopes up so early on as i doubt it'l happen yet.

A few days before my period is due, i usually get the usual PMT and a few mild period type aches/back ache. However saturday night i wake up with bad period pains and its more central then usual, i usually get pains more in my right side when due on. It stopped me getting back to sleep as it was really hurting, it eased off in the day but came back last night. Again i woke up in pain, but it just doesnt feel right at all. Maybe im looking too much into this, but i got up to take a painkiller as i desperately wanted some sleep-and i almost passed out in the kitchen Im due on wednesday, but i dont normally feel like this. I went all ligtheaded/cold sweat and felt terrible.

Im at home today, feeling sorry for myself I know ill probably come on as normal later in the week, but i cant help but thinking something isnt right. Im trying to see my gp later to see what he thinks, as i dont think passing out is right/normal.

Keely.

The 'period' pains are really getting to me today, they keep coming and going but when they start its making me feel quite light headed and they can be quite sharp pains.

Got myself an appointment for tonight-hope he can come up with an idea of whats going on.

Its times like this when i hate being a woman!

Well i feel as if my trip to the gp was a waste of time, i came out feeling worse and didnt really get any decent answers. Wish my normal gp had been there as hes more understanding and helpfull!

I take a pill called naprogesic, it's designed for period pain and is basically the only pill that works for me, as I get intense pain. might work for you? Best of luck, if it doesn't get any better go back to the GP and demand something be done, sometimes it takes a little force before they'll do anything!!
