Hi Loopylew!

I see you have four days left on your ticker until AF is usually due. Sometimes people get brownish CM/spotting a few days before AF is due. I never used to get this but last year, a few months in a row, I got light brownish/pinkish CM for about a day to two days before AF was due. Then it stopped - the only thing I can think of is that I started taking vitamin B6.

Have you tried using vitamin B6 to regulate your cycles? You take it from the day of ovulation onwards.

So it's anyone's guess really - stay positive - they still sound to be settling so perhaps this will be another longer than average one.
It must be soooo frustrating - its as if mother nature likes to make sure we know who's boss.

You should 'google' it - I think the RDA on Pregnacare is the normal amount someone would take. I think you can take more if you are trying to regulate your cycles. I am not sure about it all but I take Pregnacare and a 50mg supplement.
