Eating to "improve" and "make more" spermies!


Hello girlies!

Well myself and hubby were just chatting, im going away on wednesday for a week, and when i return i'll be ovulating so its back to all systems go go go!

We then started to wonder if there was anything he could be eating whilst i'm away to increase the sperm count or improve it? He is a professional footballer so is very healthy and does not smoke/rarely drinks, but does anybody know of anything or heard any silly suggestions??

wow, I don't know of anything for him but I'm going to keep an eye on this one.

I have read that he should be eating foods with Zinc- but honestly, have him take a multivitamin to get all of the nutrients he needs. Of course, no alcohol and smoking is helpful too, but that is a lot to ask (especially a beer or two).

Ive also heard zinc is good - i just get my hubby to take a multivitamin everydays (aswell as myself) xXx

Folic acid is supposed to be good as well. And Vitamin C x
