Anxiety?

I'm not sure if this belongs in here but I've been getting anxiety on and off lately. It's really beginning to concern me and I'm sure it can't be good for TTC. Does anyone else get anxiety and do they take medicine for it? I keep hoping if I ignore it then it will go away on its own....

I don't really get anxiety, as much as stress. Have you seen your GP? I know there are herbal supplements out there that help with anxiety - have a look at the local pharmacy, or ask someone there. It's natural herbs, but it does help. But I'd seek advice before taking anything to see if it affects TTC.

And some for comfort hun.

I never used to get anxiety which is odd that its now just hitting me. I have ordered some passion fruit which seems to be a natural remedy for anxiety. I would like to not take medication for it if necessary. I do plan on talking to my gp about it next time I see him.

Anxiety can be common at some point of life hun - pressures, work load, personal life/affairs can all get on top of you without realising it. Depression and anxiety would worry me to see a GP or severe anxiety. I had severe depression and anxiety few years back you just KNOW if its a problem - For me I didn't even leave the house and more!

Have you tried rescue remedy?... Its natural and simple, works wonders for me when im anxious about travel or over stressed. You can just get it in boots and high street shops. Few drops on your tongue when you feel wobbly.

Might be worth giving it a go before you consider anything stronger?

I like Rescue Remedy. I even give it to one of my dogs who has separation anxiety and it works a treat.
