I'm Currently Feeling:  | story for ttc ladies
just thought about this now that i would share my moms story
my mom got married at 21 and she really wanted to get pregnant, they tried and tried for many years. at that stage ivf was fairly new and expensive in south africa ( where we used to live) and was not an option, as far as i know they could give her no reason for infertility. my parents decided after 8 years it was time to adopt so they started the process, i even have a friend of a couple my parents met during this process who ended up adopting.
well bam , my mom fell pregnant with me! 8 years after she got married, no explanation could be given, and wouldnt u know it 6 years later my little brother came along. two children to a woman who was told she would never have any- let alone naturally! im a bit emotional really thinking about this and how strong my mom must have been for so many years.
just wanted to share it for all those ladies out there that have been trying for a while.. may your bfp's be here very very soon
