While my period is due to start on the 6th but i'm feeling my tummy up set all ready. Not sure if this is because the is coming or it's something else. Has any only one felt this way.
I have. I often get sick feeling on and off during my cycle. Dunno why...has been happening for some time. The sickness doesn't ever result in vomiting though.
I get stomach pains and bloated a week before AF. I think thats why its called PRE menstrual syndrome (PMS). It's bad enough we bleed for a week but we get to feel like crap the week before. If you think about it we only get like two semi normal weeks a month!
