I have completly no idea when I'm ovulating i have been ill so cant take my basal temp an I'm not even sure how long my cycle is last month it was 28 days this time it was only 27.

please help

So have you just started AF? You can still keep an eye on your CM for signs of O -. Also the position of the cervics is another indication

Have u used ovulation tests??

Well, when I am not using, I just do this:

I check how long the average of my cycle is.
According to that, I count back from the last day of my cycle 14 days. Whatever that day is, I baby dance 5 days before it and 5 days after it.

My doctor always tells me that ovulation happens 14 days before ur next cycle and not after.

I know some women ovulate later, or even earlier, in that case.. then I cant help.

thanks. i rearly have cm does that mean i'm not ovulating yer came on this morning
