Even if the sperm fertilizes the egg, they embryo then has to attach to the lining of the uterus, which doesn't always happen.

Take IVF for example. Some women have had embryos transfered to the utereus a good 5 times but don't get preg because the embryo doesn't implant into the uterus lining.

Cherry Blossom - it is generally better to BD every other day so that the sperm has consistancy. Bd'ing every day will cause the sperm to be less concentrated.

I know it seems like you just can't do the deed anymore and get pg now its temps,charting,and poas,the hardest thing for me is to see woman who have a baby everytime you see them and they don't even enjoy them,always leaving them here and there...so sad
