For the symptom spotters. xx

Hi ladies. I just wanted to say that this month I was expressing all the symptoms of pregnancy - Sore boobs, sensitive nipples, bleeding gums, nausea, tiredness, headaches, vivid dreams, stretching pains, spots, frequent urination.. the lot! ... and after a long wait and endless negative pregnancy tests and tears.... I finally got my af. Late and very heavy! It wasn't a miscarriage, just a late (prob because of the stress and worrying and symptom spotting) period.
What I'm getting at is.... as difficult as it may be.... try not to take every twinge and little thing as a sign of pregnancy. It will do you no good because as a result of my stressing, I am now experiencing the mother of all af's!
I've had four healthy babies over the years... and looking back... the months that I found out I was pregnant, were the ones where I had no symptoms whatsoever.. just a late period and a positive test. Now I'm not saying you'll be the same as me.. but, just try and relax and let you body do what it's gotta do. And just remember, that while you're giving yourself a headache scouring the net for all the symptoms and crying over negative tests.. there maybe, just maybe, a little baby growing inside that needs it's mummy to take care of herself and her dh. Good luck ladies. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx It will happen for you one day.. when the time is right.

Hi
I know what you mean. I had a late AF and had lots of things that I thought were PG symptons. I was gutted when AF showed up. Now trying not to sympton spot but it's very hard!
Love your attitude

Awww. I'm sorry the witch got you.

I know what you mean and I hope you're right that no symptoms = pg. That's how I am this month. I'm going to test either later today or tomorrow but I've been getting BFN's the last 2 days even though it's early.

Good luck sweetie. On to another cycle...PMA

Totally agree. I'll still note the symptoms down on FF but try to attribute them to something else. Last month I was nauseous. A LOT. I just blamed it on change of diet. I think if you try to pinpoint the symptom on something completely unrelated to pregnancy first, your mind will be more at ease and the will be less of a disappointment. It works for me at least. The tww toys with one's mind a little too much.
