the pill sucks

I have been off the pill since May. I know it can take some time to get out of your system but I am sooo impatient. It doesnt help when this month I have had a 1 day AF. It was quite heavy but then just stopped and now nothing. does that mean there is no point us ttc this month because I havent had a proper AF??

hey I know how you feel I went off in April and I wanted a baby IMMEDIATELY!! haha needless to say it hasn't happened yet, and my periods have also been much shorter than when on the pill but I think that's supposed to happen.
I think you should still try and conceive this month because your last period has nothing to do with whether or not you will ovulate this cycle!

Hi leasoon2bmum

The pill is so evil-i came off and had no period for 6 months, then began spotting last weekend all the way through today with the odd heavier day!! (11 days!)

Is this the 1st period you have had since coming off pill. Never say never, get some OPKs and BD as much as you can-always a chance and could still ovulate.

i had a withdrawal bleed in May and another AF in June but it was only 3 days. And then this period has been 1 day. My cycles are also 32 days but at least regular. I just thought ttc would be easier, what a shock it has been, I know its not been long but waiting for af or a bfp takes it out of you. I felt ov pains last month so maybe I am being a lil negative!?!

sounds good if you felt ov pains. stay positive. It is draining tho- i almost felt better with no period x

I think you should still get busy, our bodies can play awful tricks on us sometimes and you never know it may be your month, fingers crossed. x

Hiya I know the feeling I came off the pill around dec/jan n my cycles were all over the place for around the first 4 months n now my cycles are also every 32 days. I thought as soon as i came off the pill i would fall pregnant but it still hasnt happended yet! I agree and think you should still try you never know it might still happen Good luck! xxxx
