The reason I ask is that when I was pregnant, the first test I used was the Asda one. I got a tide line thingy and thought it might just be an evaporated line (because I waited for five minutes and nothing came up and then had to go out - when I came back that evening (I had left it in the bathroom), I saw it had a faint line). I tested with a Clearblue the next day and got a positive. Maybe the Asda tests take time for the line to look more pronounced (as long as it first comes up in the initial 10 minutes of course). | I left it in the bathroom and went back to bed then there was a really faint line if you tilted it one way etc etc when I looked later
TBH someone else said they had trouble with an ASDA test too....
hmmmmm |

I would def try another test!!! And keep testing. Once preg is ruled out...then try some remedies to bring on your period. What cd are you on and when was the last time you bd'd? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | The fact that you got a positive on the internet one is a really good sign - usually they are the ones that take time to show a BFP - I would test tomorrow again. Just try to hold your pee until you can buy a test!!! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I am maybe thinking that I might of O'd late this month since my period hasn't come yet based on 32 cycles days. I also took a hpt on 12/24 and it was BFN and also took 2 opks and they were positive. The next day they were negative...so WHO knows. I don't know I really feel about opks. I have been seriously thinking about the clear blue fertility monitor but am so cheap, that I don't really want to spend the money. |

| think I might send DH to buy some other brands....part of me thinks "yeah false BFNs are more likely than false BFPs" then another part thinks "but that internet cheapie might've been broke!" |

If your AF is only a few days late and you tested when it was due, the hcg level might not have had time to build up then.
Are you going to test again soon? | | | | Status: Offline
