sounds like you're doing fine.

personally I used one of these online calendar things to work out what week I'd be most fertile and I made sure to try and BD once a day during this week. Sometimes BD before ovulation can be good see - as the sperm can be waiting around ready for that egg to pop out and can get busy trying to crack it right away!

I also did daft thigns like trying to do the byclcle legs in air thing after BD. Not sure if it helped, but that month I got my BFP. Best of luck to you!!

Hi Sandy!

I find the Clearblue Digital OPKs really good. Do you try BBDing a day or two before you get the positive on your OPK as well as when you get your positive? Some people have a really short time from getting the positive and actually ovulating - you have to allow time for the little swimmers to get on up to the fallopian tubes, this actually takes some time. I would suggest BDing a day or two before you expect to get the positive on your opk and on that day as well.

However, like others have said, it does seem to be a game of pure chance!!

Thanks for everything. Everything help's and i feel alot better. i was getting very sad and every time i would see someone pg i would feel .

thank you . I have also try staying in bed right after. i'm staying alway from coffee but i drink alot of green tea. i will try the byclcle legs next time. thanks.
