Hello all!

I was just thinking about when I first went on the pill. For the first year I would get queasy, and sick/throw up for a few days every time I started a new pack (right after AF). I finially switched to a different brand and had no problems. I was taking the lowest dose of hormones available. I guess my body was just really sensitive. Now that I am ttc and stopped bcp for over a year now, if I were to become preg, could I have the same reactions???? ANY IDEAS???

It could be possible, since when youre on the pill its tricking your body into thinking its pg.

I remember the pill making me very sick, to the point I would throw up. I was nauseous all day long from weeks 6-11, then it eased up. I did throw up a few times after 12 weeks, but the nausea was less and less. Now it is just when I get really hungry that I feel nauseous.

hmmm just thinking since like you said, Arcanegirl it makes your body think it is preg...but I am sure your natural hormones are a little different than those from the pill. I remember being sick so much, that now I can't stand it if I have to throw up and I try so hard not to...I hope that I don't have to deal with that during pregnancy...thanks for the input.
