Cramping.....

I had my first + OPK on saterday afternoon. Hubby and i bedding saterday night and sunday morning. Couldnt do sunday evening as my 3 year old was bit poorly. Its monday today and ive got really painfull cramps across my lower belly and on sides where my ovaries would be. What could this be?? If i had my surge on saterday,how do i work out my dpo?? Im just a bit confused,but hey whats new!!

I'm not sure what the norm is for you but I tend to get cramps a day or so after my + on an opk - I would get busy today sometime just for good measure

I normally get cramps around ovulation.. Infact I always seem to have cramps and twinges (Pregnancy symtom spotting addict) lol x

hi sweetie !

this is a hard one ! i always wonder when exactualy do i ovulate after a positive opk.

It could be that you are ovulating right now meaning tomorrow you should get a temp. rise ..do you temp? it could take for some women 2 days after a +opk to ovulate ... thats why i always temp so i know that its over for sure... an other way of course is if the cramping stops and the cm is gets back to creamy or sticky ...And then there are other women who still cramp after ovulation ...i usually stop cramping once its over..!! But...i must say that when i got pregnant with my son i remember cramping (more like little pinches )on the side where i ovulated on the same and the next day after ovulation ...i hope this is a good sign for you honey you sure do deserve it!!

Thanks girls...I dont temp OULINA as my three year old still wakes nights and im a restless sleeper anyway. So not sure how well that would work for me. Im just confused as ive never really noticed when i ovulated as hubby and i got pregnant without all the opks and stuff. Where im confused is that i had dull cramping on saterday evening after i got my + opk.Cm has gotten alot more,but its gone creamy colour now.The EWCM has disappeared. Wish all this was easier! Im dim in general and this is pushing me to my limits.
