Anyone here do a lot of sport?


I've been very active since I was a child and it initially messed up my cycles, late starting AF's and then really irregular. Since coming off the pill 12months ago they have settled down nicely (cycles 29-31 days long) until last cycle that was 42days. Drove me nuts as was getting each time tested and yet no sign of AF! She's here now though and I want a :BFP: soon please!!!

Could it be the amount to sport I do that is reducing the chances of a ?

BTW I exercise about 6days out of 7 for between 1-2hours each day - combination of aerobic/strength classes, swimming, running, cycling.

I doubt it...unless it's to the point where you are underweight. I think the exercise is good for you. Of course, listen to your body and if it's telling you that it's too much than back off some.
