My CM is ‘brownish’, I feel weak, tired, irritable and really hot – she’s acoming.
Last month, AF arrived 3 days early. I was really surprised but looking back, maybe it was ‘pre-bleed’ and my real AF started on the Friday cos I remember it being really heavy on the Friday. I usually have a 28-day cycle and it would therefore make sense that my real AF started 28 days ago today. But why o why the pre-bleeding?! Just to mess with my head?! And why do I FEEL PG? Must be all the hormones raging inside me.
I feel quite down actually. But am gonna try to put a positive spin on this. Have decided that in the New Year (once I return from my hols in Lapland) I’m going to change my diet, get my body really healthy and ready for a baby cos all the stuff I read suggests that what you eat IS really important not only in terms of fertility but also keeping a growing foetus healthy. In the past 5 months, since I got married, I’ve put on about a stone from eating complete crap and not exercising. Am really gonna change that in the New Year. Have a really good book to help me.
Anyway gals, thanks for all your support and unless you hear from me before Sunday, presume the witch is in full flow. I’ll be thinking of you all while I’m in Lapland …. ! xxx
