Can't decide wether to TTC

Had a bit of a pregnancy scare the other day, and the test coming up negative really saddened me. I wasn't prepared for how much.

Still don't know if TTC is a good idea. I had a difficult pregnancy last time, and if I suffered again this time, it'd be even harder.

Oh I don't know.

Good luck...

Although, studies show that it is best/healthiest to wait until your at least 6 months PP to TTC again. Getting pregnant before then increases the chances/risks of problems during pregnancy as well as increases the risk of birth problem and defects. While this isn't always the case, it does increase the risks though, and I personally dont think 6 months is too much of a sacrifice

Although you could always start looking into pre-natal vitamins, here its recommended to take them 3 months prior to pregnancy anyway.

No prob... Pregnancy is a hard job for your body... as is breastfeeding anyways! Taking iron pills or pre-natal vitamins now is actually good if you are breastfeeding, so it wont hurt to take them.
