It's a pain in the a**e isn't it, i thought i was quite regular up until this month. I have been taking vitamin b6 could that have mesed up my cycle??

I have irregular cycles since coming off bcp going from 24-36 days, nightmare!!

me to mine are very erractic the shortest being 21 days and the longest being 70! I've had a blood test and all hormone levels are normal.

I need to lose some weight so don;t know if that could be a problem.
I've never been regular though.

I have read that some women on here experience having light periods then heavy ones....maybe the cycles differ because there needs to be more build up in order to have AF...and that makes the release delayed....Tell me about it! I am 5 days late, no AF! 2 BFN hpts!!!!
