How do I chart temps?

Hi guys

I havent started charting temps yet. I am day 34 on a 37 day cycle.
My temp now at approx 3.10 pm is 36.2, ofcourse I have nothing else to measure this against!

Could someone kindly explain to me how temps are affected by ovulation and pregnancy and what I should be doing to chart it?

Does 36.2 sound like a normal temp range so likely Im not preg

mummyzilla, there's a link to my chart below...
you need to take your temperature in the morning, try at the same time, before you get up, just after waking (i try to take mine at 6am).
i've found that my temperature is quite eratic during my period, it stays below 36.4 before i ovulate, then seems to stay between 36.5-36.7 after i've ovulated. then i get a drop when my period starts. admittedly, i've only charted one cycle (& not a whole cycle, i started charting after i didn't get a period since january & began at the end of may). but my "complete" chart seems to be quite the textbook chart. aside from my lh being too short!
