3. How long has the future parents been together?: We have been together for 6 years and married for 2.

4. When did you start trying to conceive?: October 9th, 2007. This is our 3rd cycle trying.

5. What is the hardest part of T.T.C?: The 2WW and trying NOT to analyze every symptom, but in the back of your heart everything is being tracked and you are secretly hanging onto every hope. THEN AF shows and it it so hard to take.

6. What does the future mommy want to have?: I wuold love to have a boy.. I would love to just have a baby..


7. What does the future daddy want to have?: He would love to have a boy.. but he will be very happy with a girl too.

8. Is there a certain month or season you'd like to have the baby in? I think the fall/winter would be a lovely time to have a baby.

9. What are you looking forward to most when you finally conceive?: Telling my family, having a BABY inside of me!!, and getting my whole life ready to be a Mom.

10. What has been the best thing about the T.T.C. process? Just knowing that at some point we ARE going to actually make a baby! And of course.. All the BD!! (hubba hubba)

11. Pick out any names yet, for when the big day comes?: Yes! Lots of girls names.. But I am always on the look out!

12. Any certain reason for choosing those names?: They are just cute.

13. Do you know what T.T.C. stands for?: Yup. I smart cookie.

14. What things do you do to check for when your fertile?: I monitor CM and sporadically check my temps, the last 2 months I have also tried OPKs because I ordered a grip online.. and it is so nice to see the 2 lines.. however, they seem to be showing up later and later in my cycle and lasting for at least 3 days!

15. Do you use Ovulation Tests?: Yup.


16. What does the future daddy do to help you with T.T.C. process: He is so excited too! He is all about BD process, dreams with me about our baby, and is very supportive and helpful when AF shows.

17. How long do you plan on continuing the T.T.C process?: We will TTC for at least 2 years until we consider something being wrong.

18. Will you consider In-Vitro or any other type of Infertility medicine?: Deffinently after 2 years of TTC.

19. Have you had your pre-conceiving physical?: I am scheduled for January 25, 2008!! I am so excited!!

20.How many children would you like to have?: 3 or 4

21.Have you started buying some baby stuff?: Naw.

22.Any books that you've read that have been helpful?: I have read what to expect when you are expecting and lots and lots of articles online!

23.Is your family and friends supportive of deciding to T.T.C.?: Only my Mom, Dad, and Sister know that we are trying and they are VERY supportive!

24. Have you made any BIG changes in your life to help you conceive? Yes. I am taking prenatal vitamins, not drinking soda, excercising, and trying to stay away from sugars.

25.Have you abstained from alcohol and drugs? Never drank or used drugs.

26.So if you unfortunately do not conceive, then what?: AW!!!! I don't want to think about that. I would still be very very happy with my Husband and would probably go to college and have a career. That would be heart breaking though.

27.How much longer do you plan on T.T.C.?: Until menopause hits me.

28.Are you healthy enough to be pregnant?: I like to think I am!

29.Do you really think your ready to be a parent?: Yes! we are going to be the most fun!

30.Any advice for other woman out there T.T.C.?: Just have fun!! This could take a while so try to be patient and enjoy your ttc journey!! Keep BD fun and dont let it get routine. That takes all the fun out of making a baby.

9. What are you looking forward to most when you finally conceive?: that moment when i get a bfp, after that growing a big belly and telling my mum

10. What has been the best thing about the T.T.C. process? seeing oh change, at first he was not that into it but now he is really into it and as excited as me

11. Pick out any names yet, for when the big day comes?: yes i have a girls name but not a boys name. i don't want to say as i don't want it to become really popular...stupid?.... i know!!

12. Any certain reason for choosing those names?: it's a beautiful name, a little unusual but not in a wierd way just in a 'wow, that's a beautiful name' kind of way! it's the name of the daughter of a celebrity and i'm surprised it's not really popular so i'm keeping it quiet!

13. Do you know what T.T.C. stands for?: oh yeah!!

14. What things do you do to check for when your fertile?: i was using the cb moniter but am not going to use it any more, this month i will be monitored at the fertility clinic ( have to go in everyday for blood test and ultrasound) so they will tell me when i ovulate and when to get busy!

15. Do you use Ovulation Tests?: yes, previously


16. What does the future daddy do to help you with T.T.C. process: helps me keep my legs up after bd, will always perform, even when he has worked a 16 hour shift on his feet (he's a chef) what a hero!!

17. How long do you plan on continuing the T.T.C process?: haven't really thought about it, i just hope it happens one day so i don't ever have to make the decision to stop

18. Will you consider In-Vitro or any other type of Infertility medicine?: yes

19. Have you had your pre-conceiving physical?:i had a regular physical and dr knew we were ttc so not sure if that counts!!

20.How many children would you like to have?: probably 2

21.Have you started buying some baby stuff?: no way, i saw the cutest little dress during the summer and bought it for a friends daughter and soooo wanted to buy one for myself but couldn't do it - jinx city!!

22.Any books that you've read that have been helpful?: no books just hours on the internet googling and of course reading all the articles, links and great advice you ladies provide!

23.Is your family and friends supportive of deciding to T.T.C.?: only a couple of friends know, haven't told my family as i wanted to tell them i was actually pregnant, not that we were 'trying' however am now thinking of telling my mum we are ttc.

24. Have you made any BIG changes in your life to help you conceive? nothing major apart from taking folic acid. before 2ww life is the same as always, during 2ww i don't drink and try to limit caffeine and eat an apple everyday!

25.Have you abstained from alcohol and drugs? Yes, during 2ww (ok, i have the occasional guilty drink during 2ww)

26.So if you unfortunately do not conceive, then what?: honestly have not thought i about it, i believe 100% i will conceive one day and i don't think there is any point thinking otherwise - gotta stay positive!

27.How much longer do you plan on T.T.C.?: until the magical day i get my bfp

28.Are you healthy enough to be pregnant?: er, mostly! i eat fairly healthily but do not do any exercise, should probably do something about that!

29.Do you really think your ready to be a parent?: oh and i talked about this the other day and decided we will never be completely ready, there will always be something else we should do first so we are just going for it and we know all will fine and we will adapt once we have a little one

30.Any advice for other woman out there T.T.C.?: don't expect it to happen in the first 2 months. if it does congrats that's great but sometimes it takes a lot longer and it's gets really disappointing so don't expect and you will get your bfp.

I like Irish name and traditional but unusual name. Also if I have a girl her middle name will be after my grandad

Love and support, hugs, excitement, encouragement, buying tests, lots of BD on command!!!

We've only just started trying so as long as it takes

Possibly, if we needed to.

Originally I wanted like 4 or 5 but now we're thinking 3 would be perfect!!! lol

No, except for one girl and one boy babygrow for each other at Christmas as a memento of starting to TTC Haven't told anyone that we're TTC yet so I'd be a bit embarrassed if they saw a room full of baby stuff

I haven't read any yet, I've googled a zillion things, this forum is more than helpful and a couple of magazines but thats it

23.Is your family and friends supportive of deciding to T.T.C.?
We haven't told any of them yet but I think my mum has got a 6th sense cuz she was telling us to buy some baby stuff in the sales to be "ready"

Not really apart from sticking a thermometer in my mouth every morning!!!

I never did drugs anyway and I still have a few drinks but would stop when pg
