Admittedly i do have quite a few bits, alot have been given to me from the SIL to borrow/have and have been put away for untill we need it all.
I have also got a few bits myself as i also cant resist a bargain!

My aunt gave me a few bits when I was pregnant

TBH I've kept most of the baby clothes but everything else has gone to my cousin whose wie is pregnant (my mam bought loads of baby stuff) and a couple of sleepsuits and a blanket have gone to my niece who is pregnant

I have one bib (on sale, Canadiens), a couple of toys, but nothing else. I'm going to wait until I am pg and further along, more so that we don't have all this stuff sitting around doing nothing. On the other hand, one of my SILs may be getting rid of some of their baby stuff soon (baby is about 8 months old) and when they do I am going to see if we can buy it off them...and I know they have put some clothes away for us for when we need it...
