Hoping loosing 10% will help


Hi girls,

well I joined Weight watchers today (again) honestly I think I have a cupbord full of Weight Watchers starter pack things

I am hoping loosing 10% of my weight will help get my cycle on track

I have a good reason for doing it now though!!!

hey hun im on ww too!!! im 15 stone, 5ft 7 & size 18. I also have a new cross trainer & do 30 mins everyday! good luck, we can be ww buddies if you like! xx

Good luck. I started weight watchers two weeks ago and its really not working for me. Boredom is a mega factor in why i over eat but i've not found anything to stop me being bored so the weight isn't budging

ooo kyrabeth- get your self a cross trainer- that will relieve the boredom, i had the same problem as you and never get bored!

I have no money or room for one. Only a 2 bedroom flat and the spare room is already full of junk

i joined ww 3 weeks ago, lost 5.5 1st week 0.5 second week and put 1 on today lol! i also get bored really quick, going to get back on track this week though, after this pizza and coke hahaha x

Awww its sooooo hard to do isnt it. I will prob get bored to but am going to think of just getting my cycle on track.

I am using my last fat day to eat all the crap left in my cupboards!!!

WW is the only way for me- with me i need filling up bad- so i drink tons and also pile tons of veg or salad next to my ww microwave meal. I adore porridge with saltanas and a bit of cinnemon too- try it its awesome!
