Can you get symptoms at 2dpo?

I've had niggly crampy feelings in my lower stomach most of today and I'm only 2dpo. I don't think there is any possibility that I ov'd any earlier as my OPKs and CBFM were positive on Wednesday and my temp rose on Friday and I had really bad ov cramps on Thursday morning. Is it too early for any pregnancy symptoms? I'm sure it is too early but just wondered if anyone had had a similar experience and gone on to get their BFP that month?

Thanks hun. My friend she knew almost straight away when she was pregnant. She couldn't even say why, she just felt pregnant. I don't "feel" pregnant but I have got these niggly pains. Could be delayed ovulation pain but it's the closest thing to a symptom I've had in the last 7 months so fingers crossed!
