TMI about CM


Hi,

Was wondering what CM is like when you are fertile? also, what can be done to make CM sperm friendly?

I know, i know naff all

i hate the whole examine the cm thing lol i look at it & think ok, is it sticky, creamy, egg white?????? i can never tell the difference

as for making cm sperm friendly, preseed gets alot of postive feedback. i got it this month & have used it, its great! hoping it helps me get my

If cm is very wet, stretches between your fingers for an inch or more, and resembles raw egg white, your cervical mucus is very fertile
To make cm sperm friendly a lot of people on here have said that preseed lubricant is the best one to use i think haven't used it myself though

Yeah i have heard about preseed, where can i gat hold of some?

Also, does anyone know if food can affect CM?

Keeping hydrated helps to make sure that the fluids your body produces, such as cervical mucus, have all of the volume that they need. Drinking enough water every day will help to optimize your cervical mucus.
Eating natural foods that are not processed, such as fish, legumes, poultry, nuts, seeds, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables is another important part of a healthy diet that will optimize cervical mucus.
Evening Primrose Oil and Vitamin C are good aswell

cool. will have a browse on amazon.

Im taking a suppliment to help, but what else could i take? im a vegetarian so im guessing its gonna be a pain for me to get all the nutrients i need.

yep def think you should! it has given me alot more hope that this is gona be our month! i feel alot more positive.....now even that attitude is bound to relax me & help me concieve even if preseed doesnt hehe
