baby1moretime - I haven't been symptom spotting this time plus it's been a bit hard because I have had the flu. I have been feeling neuseas and having some cramps but other than that ???

It is so awful! I spent last night just crying to myself in bed ridiculously early for a Friday night. DH doesn't realise how much it affects me, but I don't want him to think I'm going to be like that every month so I just have alone time. I feel so worthless when it doesn't happen, then doubt myself about everything, every aspct of my life. Don't know if I can handle it...

As excruciating as the wait is, can you hang on and retest in a few more days when AF is actually due??

I completely understand what you're going through, as I feel it too. I'm a older first-time ttc-er and every time it doesn't happen, I panic I've left it too late. My previously irregular cycles had me convinced I was going through an early menopause and I feel like I'm letting DH down in the worst possible way whenever my period arrives.

Whenever I have bad days (and I have some really bad days), remembering that I need to be calm and positive to make this work brings me back on track, even when it's the very last thing I feel like being. Please know that you're not alone with the emotions you're experiencing, so if you need any support or just want to vent, feel free to in my direction at any time.

hiya hun sorry your feeling so rubbish, everyone has a point where they feel like this but you will feel better.

Just remember why your doing this and what you will have at the end of it!!

Never ever doubt or blame your self for the

arriving or for not getting pregnant in the first month or year of trying. This is just one of those things that will just happen when its right we can do our best to help it along but its really out of our hands and down to mother nature.

I hope you feel better soon

and remember the best things come to those who wait!!!

Let us know when you test hunni theres still some hope yet, the hcg doubles every day the more pregnant you get that is why sometimes people get a negative and then a couple days later a very strong positive (i did with my daughter) Chin up hun xox

Don't count yourself out until AF is due!!! My AF is due on Monday and I took a test

on Thursday, but there's still hope for both of us!!!
I was really disappointed on Thursday too, it's hard to see that

but I've heard of many girls on here who have gotten early

but then turned out to be pregnant!!! So don't give up on this month yet!!!
p.s. I'm also in the second month trying to conceive and I know how even though you haven't been trying very long, it just feels like forever because you want it so bad!
