The need to poas became too much to bear this afternoon, so I used the only thing I had to hand, which was an opk. I have no idea what I was expecting to find out from doing this, but I got two thick red lines, so I'm still ovulating???? On day 28????

I did the same thing as you a few days ago and got 2 days worth of positive opks... i did a frer test yesterday and got 2 lines altho one was fainter so i think i could be pregnant... just bought loads of tests to try again today... Fingers crossed the positive opk will bring you good news too!!

Did a FRER and a :BFN: so now not holding up much hope for my :BFP:.

Am 13dpo - got cramps, spotting and temps and plummeted. Doh

Fishwife - OPK's will pick up raised levels of pregnancy hormone as well as LH. Reckon you might get a positive!

Uh-oh - after a week or two of feeling hopeful (and the sorest boobs evah!), I have the feeling period is on its way. Started feeling mega-horny, which I always do right before I come on. Has anyone ever heard of this as a pregnancy symptom? I know when it happens right before your period it's because of the congestion of blood in the area, so it stands to reason it could be.

Anyway, I promised I wouldn't test until the day I'm due, and I have a job interview this afternoon so I'm trying to put it out of my mind and stay relaxed.

God I'm such a moron!!!! I tested recently with a clearblue digi. Assumed it would be a superior test because it had a battery and a digital display. Am such a sucker. Haven't bothered to read up on the sensitivity of various tests. Can anyone recomend a good one? Please don't mention superdrug casue it don't exist in my land. Whats a frer??

Dont feel bad I am the same way had no ideal that price wasnt a factor figured it was the most expensive so it should be the best. Maybe I will try an OPK and see what happens. What is the best MIU so I will know for future reference?

It would be lovely, but I'm going to try not to get my hopes up too high.

I'm so sorry, but I don't temp/chart so I'm not sure what plummeting temps mean.

Don't rule anything out until AF shows, though.
