Ok so when I slept 11 pm to 4 am, my temp at 4 am was 36.4 (that is what is on my chart now) BUT then I slept 4.30 am to 8 am and took my temp again at 8 am and it is 36.79!

Which shd I consider the temp for the day?

Either way I feel cramps

I would use the one nearest your normal waking time. Unfortunately if you use the higher of the two it will make your chart look better but may not make you get your If it makes you feel better use the higher one, I would.

My usual is around 7.30 am so in that sense the higher temp is closer for me but it's all pointless if my AF arrives!

I'm dubious about posting this because I think I might be setting myself up for a major public disappointment and tempting fate, but here goes nothing....

Some info:
Day 28 of this cycle (the first on Agnus Castus) is 5 July but I'm never on time - 30/31 days is about normal. Not only that, but I need to hang on until 8 July without getting my period for it to be 10 clear days since my last +ve opk and we last dtd.

Now for some general weirdness I've noticed:
exactly 10 days after we first dtd this cycle, I got a bit of pink-tinged ewcm with my fmu
the following morning (exactly 10 days after the second time we dtd), I got some brown blood and assumed my period was coming
the day after that, I got some more pink-tinged ewcm

I've had nothing since and that was 2 days ago now. With each passing day, I'm praying I could be in with a better chance this month as I got my first ever +ve opks, so we should have timed things better than ever before.
Tbh, I could throw up with anticipation.

Hi all

afs due on tuesday but my temp's been up and down, it rose again today so i used an opk mainly as i don't have any hpt at home and was dying to poas!!!(far too obsessed!!) anyway it came back positive... is this a good sign, am trying very hard not to read into everything too much.. i definitely ov'd the 22 june so does this mean i might have ov'd again or could it be a pg hint?

I think somewhere, probably in the pregnancy testing part of this forum, someone has po an OPK when they were pregnant. I can't remember what the outcome was so try and do a search on that part of the forum.

FX this means good things for you though.

Well as I said my temps have dropped and I realistically know that AF will come, but why do I feel sick? I've just got this horrible sickly feeling and I've had it for a few days now. I don't normally feel like this when AF is coming.

OH has suggested today for the first time ever, that we should maybe get off to see the doc once AF arrives next Tuesday as we're on our 10th cycle ttc and over 22 months without BCP.

FX for everyone else
