I don't chart my BBT, though I probably should - I'm just no good at recording/checking things; it's hard enough to keep track of what day it is. I should really make it part of my routine, it's so not a big thing to check one's temperature every day and write it down.
Today I'm feeling noticeably ...inflated upstairs, shall we say, but less crabby than yesterday. It may well be PMS, but if so it's sure a weird month! I have my toes crossed
