Well as my title says... UGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so frustrated/confused/annoyed right now!!

This cycle I did not know if we were TTC or not (we planned to take the summer months off from TTC to avoid a spring baby) So this cycle I did not temp the first half and did not use OPK's. I never had a huge amount of EWCM but had a bit on my cd13 as well as a soft open cervix. I assumed this was ovulation. I normally ovulate day 15 but figured I was ovulating a few days early. We BD 2x in that time period unprotected.

I have always had 29 day cycles, but had a chemical pregnancy in April and since then my cycles have been 26 days. At 7 or 8 dpo I took a dollar tree test and got a faint line. Took 2 more in the next day or two after that and got a bit darker line each time. They are faint but pretty noticeable in person. Here is an example:

I felt sick this morning when I woke up, and I took another dollar tree test with another faint line. Took a FRER and see a hint of a possible line.

I was really starting to think that maybe, just maybe, this was the month. The month I didn't obsessively ttc.

Today I started having pains in my lower left stomach/side. My first thought was maybe its implantation? Well then I went to the restroom and had a big blob of EWCM. I thought "Am I ovulating? There is no way I am on cd21 and have had faint faint lines on hpts" Well later in the day I went to the restroom again, lots of EWCM on the tp when I wiped.

This may be TMI but its only EWCM when i wipe. If i check my cervix (which is high and soft) its just creamy/sticky CM.

Later on in the night again I went to the restroom and had lots of blood tinged EWCM on the TP. I thought well maybe it IS implantation (due to the blood tinged ewcm) but I have never had ewcm this late in my cycle.

So I took an Ovulation test. This is what I got

It's not all the way positive but really really close. I think I am ovulating and this is the end of a surge. I have not BD and won't have a chance to in the next few days. Now I know being preggo can make the ov test positive.. but I dont think this early on it would be that close positive on an OPK when the HPT's are still so so faint.

I am confused and frustrated. Whats everyone else think? If I am ovulating why would I get faint lines on the dollar tree tests.. and if I am preggo why do I have ewcm and pains.. UGH UGH UGH!!!

hey hun i know with OPK's they will come up positive if you are pregnant... if the pregnancy tests were coming up possitive its not cuz your ovulating... (correct me if im wrong ladies) i think you pregnant, i would take another pregnancy test in the morning.....

The preg tests are soooo faint though and being dollar tree-- they could even be evaps.

I just dont know what to think. It FEELS like i am ovulating with that lower left pain (feels exactly like ovulation pain) and the ewcm.

I will continue to test but I am just leaning towards the fact that my cycles are messed up since my chemical and I am probably just ovulating. For all I know I never even ovulated last cycle i had 5 days straight of positive OPKs and then quit testing.

I just wish I knew if it was ovulation or pregnancy. I know I will know soon enough. But the pains combined with the ewcm and the almost positive OPK is making me lean towards ovulation.

Ovulation tests will pick up HCG so you could be pregnant, especially if you have had faint lines on tests.

Well DH and I managed to sneak in an unexpected quickie just in case I am ovulating super late LOL. It was a QUICK quickie but hey whatever works LOL!

The more this night goes on, the more I am convinced this is ovulation... the only thing making me not think ovulation is the fact that my temp did not drop today. so who knows! I am about to go to bed and we will see what my temp, opk and hpt say in the morning

get another test a good one not a cheapie

Ive discovered something else interesting... last cycle I thought I ovulated on cd15. I had a huge temp dip at 6dpo. This would have been the 21st day of my cycle. I am now wondering if perhaps it was an ovulation dip.. and I am actually ovulating later then expected. The only problem is, this would make my last few LP's only about 5-6 days. The short LP could explain my chemical I had in April perhaps?

Now I wish I have been charting longer so I could see my previous patterns on cd21. The only thing that does not add up is my positive OPK's around cd15.. but last week they stayed positive for 5 days and i finally stopped testing so I am not sure how many days they stayed positive.

I know there is the slim chance I am preg. based on the faint lines on the dollar tree tests.. but I'm really leaning more towards late ovulation.

I took a FRER earlier yesterday afternoon and got a possible line but it was suuuuuuuuuuuper faint so im leaning more towards shadow.

OPK come up positive when you are pregnant. I don't think you are ovulating! There's almost no such thing as a false positive HPT.
