I say test just don't drink for a few hours prior so your urine is concentrated. If you are testing early before AF is due some say first morning urine is best but Ive always had my best luck with 2nd morning urine. But if AF is late, urine anytime of the day should be fine as long as you don't drink a whole lot right before testing. Good Luck! |
