Question on using Agnus Castus to regulate cycle

Hi

I know the topic of Agnus Castus has come up a lot, but I just wanted to ask a quick question about it, that I can't seem to find by searching the old threads.

For those of you who have used / are using AC to lengthen your luteal phase, how long did it take for you to see any difference? Did it improve right away in the first cycle or did it take a few cycles to see any effect?

I'm worried that my LP is only about 9 days long

I dont know much about agnus cactus but I did start taking it when ttc with my last pregnancy, with my first 2 pregnancies I fell pregnant witin 3 mths of ttc but with mt 3rd it was gettin on 7mths and my cycles were getin longer from a regular 28 day to goin up to 35 days+ so I brought some agnus cactus, started takin it afer my period finished and fell pregnant the first month of using it, I dont know if it was a coincedence or what but its worth a go.

Hey huni
I started taking angus catcus this cycle to see if i can regulate my cycles.. Not idea how long it can take have read its about 2 months to get into your system!!
I think i been taking it for about 3 weeks now, no idea if i have ovulate yet, but hoping they will shorten my cycle out.. Cause since stopping bc there all over from cd35 to cd60!!
Worth a go if it works

Now I'm wondering if I should take it as I don't have long cycles - mine are about 23 to 28 days. Am I right in thinking that it can lengthen the luteal phase? Or am i thinking of something else?

No i heard read it helps to lengthen out your LP.. I always go and type things in the net and see wot comes up and read the reviews etc.. I did it last week re angus and loads of women take it to help shorten cycles or help with the LP too..
