I understand what you said about not getting an obsession, but I don't think that buying a magazine will give you one

I say get back to that shop NOW!!!!! At the end of the day, if you thought it was a good read, then where's the problem?! If you personally feel you are getting obsessive then slow down and take a step back, if you want to read for the enjoyment, the articles, the advcie, then BUY IT NOW!!!

I agree with pp...buying a magazine can't start an obsession...it can feed one, but not start one...

Seriously, I don't see the problem with buying one magazine...there's been a couple I've looked at buying, but stopped myself. I figure if I start doing that there's no turning back! And personally, I'd rather have my BFP first, but that's because most of the magazines I've looked at repeat articles or similar articles a lot, so what's the point in buying one when a few months later another one has a really similar article! Granted, if I see one with something really new, I will probably buy it...on the off chance that article won't get published again!
