The 28 dayer, I started on 23rd November, 1 day light, 1 day heavy, 2 days slowly getting lighter, 4 days nothing. Now I ahve spotting, it's not getting heavier, brownish, creamy ish, slight heaviness in my stomach but nothing I could even call a mild ache. This puts me on 20 days as I started spotting yesterday. So very very weird.

The test is negative, I took the test to rule that out, so feeling fine, just spotting, not supposed to be on for at least another week, no illness, no stress (in fact the last 2 weeks have been great), so I guess it's just one of them things, maybe I should put it down to age!!

I could end up waffling today, posting nupdates that are a waste of time, but I ned to have soemwhere to write it down, all my girl friends are in the UK.

Maybe wait and see what happens...and yes, you can have 'chemical pg' which is where an egg tries to implant but there's no baby. If this isn't a flow, and it's darker red/brown, it could be implantation bleeding, especially if AF isn't due for another week....hope it's good news and a BFP!

Just to let you know, I am having what I would say is a normal period, slight crampiness and it's definately more than just spotting. So ..... I only had 2 weeks free before starting a period again. So maybe it was just of those things that I had a period and ovulated at the same time and now that is why I am having another period now?? Is it?? I have marked everything down so I can see where it will lead next month.

Just a quick update.

I am having a proper af, I'm never particularly heavy but this is more than implantation bleeding. So, 2 weeks ago a came of what I though was my period (approx. 3 - 5 days early) which was very light and short except one day and now 2 weeks later I am having a proper af (sorry just, said that, waffling already!!) Oh, just to add (not sure if I mentioned it before) I did take a test but it was very negative, so I will plod on, the next time I try I will be more than 37 1/2 yearsw old and yes, this does stick in my mind, my mum was younger than me when she started the menopause and there is a big chance that it could hit me at any time and so I know time is against me.

Anyway, I feel fine, but very impatient and tired yesterday, so last night I had a glass of red vodka and sprite and a lovely bar of chocolate, felt much better

I've got my new diary out already for 08 and marking down the days, something to look forward to.

Congratulations to everyone who has had the BFP, seems to be quite a few lately, it's fantastic news and I truly am so very happy for you. You bring us all hope and a little bit of luck
