I would lie in bed for a good couple of hours after we had BD'd before going to the loo!! I know its a little gross but it seemed to do the trick! Good Luck Girls!!!!

I did the pillow thing last month my OH thought I was mad lol, and the last time we BD he said 'are you not gonig to put a pillow under your bum this time' good luck hun xxx
